Privacy policy

The short version

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to us. We don’t have accounts, we don’t ask for your email to show you a result, and we don’t sell anything about you.

Information you give us

Calculator inputs. Everything you enter into a calculator is processed on your own device and stays there. It is not transmitted to our servers and we have no way to see it.

Email. If you email us, we have your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it. We don’t add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one.

Information collected automatically

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, the page requested, time, browser user-agent. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and are rotated on a short schedule. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

We do not run third-party analytics.

Advertising

The site does not currently serve advertising. When it does, this section will be updated before any ad code goes live, and will explain exactly what the advertising network collects and how to opt out.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Some tools may use your browser’s local storage to remember your last inputs on your own device; that data never leaves your computer and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Because we don’t hold personal data about visitors, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, ask and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially — in particular when advertising is introduced — the “last updated” date above will change and the relevant section will be rewritten to match what the site actually does.
